10. How to Summon Prana: The A-U-Wa Ancient Code and Japanese Kagura Ritual

Once "spiritual energy" is established in the surroundings, begin chanting a spell derived from the ancient Japanese characters "a," "u," and "wa," meaning "to push."

【Three Sacred Vowels】

1. "A": Access to the Source

It is said that chanting the vowel "a" connects you to heaven and the universe. In Shion's interpretation, this sound is believed to grant the power to access the very "root of the soul."

2. "U": Opening the Circuit

The sound "u" is said to connect heaven and earth, giving rise to new creation. In my interpretation, this vibration opens a circuit, a direct path, to the root of the soul.

3. "Wa": Circulation of Life Energy

It is believed that chanting "Wa" spreads cosmic energy throughout the entire Earth. From my unique perspective, this is the moment when prana (life energy) is infused from the source of the soul into the body. By transitioning from "wah" to "ahh," this energy circulates back to its source, creating an eternal loop. Wah → Ahh → Ahh.

Please watch the YouTube video. While chanting these sounds, a Kagura dance (a sacred dance to welcome and entertain the gods) is performed. You can synchronize your body with the energy as follows:

Chanting "ahh": Spread both arms wide. Imagine a huge vortex of energy between your arms, shaped like the counter-clockwise character "a" (押手).

Chanting "uh," raise both arms towards the sky. Imagine prana flowing out of that huge vortex, passing through your arms and permeating your entire body.

Chanting "wah," return both arms to the "ahh" position. Feel the sensation of embracing and accepting that immense energy.

As the sound of "wa" returns to "a," return the energy to the source of your soul, and repeat the same cycle with "u." You become a living conduit governing the circulation of this universe.

This incantation requires a specific breathing technique. Do not force yourself.

It is recommended to perform this ritual in your mind. By visualizing the Kagura and its sounds in your mind, anyone can invoke this life energy anytime, anywhere. I myself practice this regularly, and I feel that even just one minute of practice yields significant results.

7. Oshite Characters: Ancient Japanese Sacred Glyphs to Align Your Energy

The yellow symbols are ancient Japanese characters known as "Oshite characters" (神代文字 - Jindai Moji). The left-handed spiral represents the Japanese sound "A." It connects you to the Heavens and the Universe. The flowing shape in the middle represents the sound "U." It opens the connection to the Heavens and the Universe. The right-handed spiral represents the sound "Wa." It spreads energy from the Heavens to the Earth. Try taking a screenshot of this image and using it as your wallpaper so it’s always in your sight. While the explanation of Oshite characters says they "connect to the Heavens," I personally feel through practice that they connect directly to one's original soul. In my case, I couldn't find a beautiful image of these characters, so I drew them myself with a pen and posted them on my living room board. Nothing happened immediately, but before I knew it...
